I understand and agree that the registration of my child/ward does not guarantee admission to the school and that the registration fee is neither transferable nor refundable. I also undertake to abide by all the rules and regulation mentioned in the school prospectus and those that shall be amended from time to time during the academic session. Once the admission is granted, please submit a copy of the address proof, the attested copy of the birth certificate, attested copy of the aadhar card, attested copy of the mark card of the qualifying examination, conduct certificate signed by the principal of the previous school and two copies of the recent passport size photo at the school office. Original Copy of the Transfer Certificate must be submitted within 30 days of admission granted at the school.

I shall abide by the rules and regulation mentioned at the time of admission and the school prospectus and if changed during academic session. Once provisional admission is granted two copies of recent Passport Size Photo, a Xerox copy of the address proof, birth certificate, Aadhar Card, medical fitness certificate needs to be submitted at the school office.
At the time of interview, the following documents to be brought along by the child/ward –
a. Attested Copy of Class X School Report Card or Pre-Board Marks Sheet from the previous school.
b. Original and Self Attested copy of Birth Certificate.
Admission granted will be provisional until Copy of Marksheet and Pass Certificate from the appropriate Board or Council is not submitted to the school and verified by the school in original. Transfer Certificate in Original need to be submitted along with Migration Certificate for students from other Boards.
